From the East - Rocky Mount, Wilson, Goldsboro, etc. Using Capital Blvd and I 440 You will be coming in on either US 64, US 70, or I 40. Get on I 440 heading West toward Durham (also toward Crabtree and North Hills Malls) Take the US 1 North - Capital Blvd exit. Follow US 1 North for about 5 miles and look for the KMart on the RIGHT side of the road. Turn right on Old Wake Forest Rd.
