| Directions VIA I 540 from the West Now that I 540 has opened it is much easier to get to the Lazy Daizy from the West. Get on I 540 going East and follow it to the end. You will come out at a traffic light on Old Wake Forest Road. The new Triangle Town Center will be across the road from the light. Make a Right at the light and come up toward Capital Blvd. Our shopping Center- Plantation Square is the only group of buildings on your right from the stop light. You can exit I 540 at Capital Blvd. If you decide to do this then you would follow US 1 South about 1/4 mile. Turn Left at Old Wake Forest Rd by the Burger King. Then you make another Left into our center- Plantation Sqaure. From the West - Chapel Hill, Durham, Greensboro, etc Take I-40 East to exit 289: Wade Avenue Take Wade Avenue to the interchange with I 440 and US 1 North - get on these roads - the inner loop of the Beltline - the signs will say Rocky Mount Follow the inner Loop of the Beltline to Exit 11 - this is where US 1 North exits and joins with US 401 North - It is a right Hand exit that forks and you want the LEFT side of the fork. At this point you are 5 miles from the Lazy Daizy. Follow US 1 North for about 5 miles and look for the KMart on the RIGHT side of the road. Turn right at that intersection. Immediately on the left is Plantation Square Shopping Center - our shopping center. We are next door to the chiropractor. From the East - Rocky Mount, Wilson, Goldsboro, etc. You will be coming in on either US 64, US 70, or I 40. Get on I 440 heading West toward Durham (also toward Crabtree and North Hills Malls) Take the US 1 North - Capital Blvd exit. Follow US 1 North for about 5 miles and look for the KMart on the RIGHT side of the road. Turn right at that intersection. Immediately on the left is Plantation Square Shopping Center - our shopping center. We are next door to the chiropractor. |
